Millennium Group managed a distributor force of 6,000 lives operating in five countries for the sales and distribution of skin care and nutritional products. Robin co-founded CBC in August of 1997 and has carefully guided the company’s vision and corporate culture. Robin’s marketing and management focus for CBC has been on large self-funded cases, and affinity distribution channels.

Ken has worked for than 18 years in a variety of technical and management roles in third party administration, PPO network development, and employee benefits. A California native, Ken relocated to Las Vegas and received a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1996. Ken has played a central role in the growth of CBC over the last 5 years and has taken on successive leadership positions commensurate with the company’s growth. In 2009, Ken was named to In Business Las Vegas’ ’40 under 40’ List.

Background and experience
With a career in technology and operations management spanning nearly 20 years, Brandon has specialized in the design, delivery and management of high-performance information technology infrastructures required to address complex business needs across a diverse variety of industries. Brandon began working with CBC in early 2006, and joined the team full time in 2008. Prior to joining CBC, Brandon spent several years as a managing consultant for many Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, both domestic and multinational, focusing on infrastructure solutions design and management, product development, systems integrations and workforce/operational development. Brandon received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Southern California College in 1996, and his MBA from Vanguard University of Southern California in 2004. Brandon has served as Adjunct Professor of Business and Technology at Vanguard University, and is also credited with designing a multi-tiered eCommerce and streaming media solution highlighted in PC Magazine.

Sandra understands the full scope of human resource administration with over 30 years in the field. Sandra donates her time as part of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and was the President of the Southern Nevada Chapter in 2006 and 2007. As a broker, her knowledge of the industry and human resource practices has proven invaluable to her clients.

Jagel’s focus is on client relationships and technology development. She is responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of benefit websites established in support of our clients.

Background and experience
Jessica Potter brings more than 12 years of health insurance experience to the CBC team. She has extensive knowledge and experience with both Group and Individual underwriting and implementation procedures. She is responsible for maintaining carrier product information and training sales staff on benefit and regulatory changes and updates. Jessica has become a subject matter expert on HMO, PPO, HSA and HRA plans and administration in order to ensure that CBC clients have the best plan in place to fit their budget and benefit needs.
