The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Annual Conference and Expo is one of the nation’s largest conferences for human resources and employee benefits professionals. This year’s version features 11 different content tracks such as ‘Comp, Benefits & Well-being’, ‘Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion’, and more. Attendees can participate in 6 different types of sessions inclusive of virtual and on-demand content. At the expo, SHRM expects 15,000 attendees this year and boast 500+ exhibitors from specialties such as business acumen & HR strategy, employee relations, employment law & legislative, global HR, health, wellness & safety, leadership & skill development, talent acquisition & retention, HR technology, total rewards, and much more. Networking opportunities abound and are infused into all aspects of the conference. The featured speakers may be the highlight of the conference with Ariana Huffington and President George W. Bush included.

The SHRM 22 Conference will be taking place in New Orleans from June 12th – 15th at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The CBC team will be in attendance sharing our industry leading employee benefits offering: The CBC Health Insurance Marketplace for Costco Members. At the SHRM Expo, you will be able to meet CBC Colleagues, learn about industry trends, and discover how we can help employee sponsored health plans for groups of all sizes 2-10,000. Our marketplace was established to help deliver a value-driven employee benefits solution for employer groups that are Costco Members.

For smaller employers (typically 2 to 99 employees) we deliver a technology-driven platform that allows members to shop and compare plans online or with the assistance of our dedicated team of Healthcare Ambassadors https://www.costcobusinessquote.com.

Larger employers (100 to 10,000+ employees) can receive a free cost analysis that illustrates how our programs can help to drive savings and Costco Member value into their plans https://www.costcoquote.com/LargeGroup. Key features of our large group model are: a transparent Prescription Benefit Management program, time-saving administrative solutions, and a tailored member experience.
